OkLau Technologies Inc. collects information you provide directly, including your name, corporate email address, organization name, tenant configuration, and billing information when you register for an account or subscribe to our enterprise modules.
We use the information we collect to provision and maintain your tenant instance, process subscription transactions, provide automated system alerts, deliver AI document extraction services, and respond to your technical and commercial inquiries.
Your tenant data is stored within segregated database partitions protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We implement strict role-based access controls, field-level encryption for sensitive fields, hourly automated backups, and continuous security monitoring.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your business or personal information. Data is shared exclusively with contracted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and payment processing) under strict Data Processing Agreements.
You maintain full control to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete personal data through built-in Data Privacy & DSAR management modules in the platform or by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and applicable global privacy frameworks.
We utilize strictly necessary cookies for user authentication, CSRF validation, and secure session management. We do not use intrusive third-party ad tracking cookies.
