By accessing or using OkLau Enterprise ERP and related ecosystem services ("the Service"), operated by OkLau Technologies Inc. ("OkLau", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OkLau Technologies Inc. provides a modular cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform, multi-tenant digital management suite, document processing automation, and omnichannel software on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and acceptable use policies.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis per active tenant or module selection. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or explicit enterprise service level agreements.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to the Service. OkLau Technologies Inc. does not claim intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days.
We target 99.99% production uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via the system dashboard and status center.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkLau Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time in accordance with account settings or contractual terms. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease and customer data will be retained for 30 days before permanent secure deletion.
